About Us
We cultivate our grapes on 2 hectares (approx. 5 acres) ecologically, and most of our wines are soaked on their skins and bottled unfiltered, unclarified, without the use of sulfites and yeast. We make wines that make you think, wines that go against modern stereotypes, and we recommend them to people who wish to go deeper into the wonderful world of nature where, with minimal intervention, we honour the divine creation.

Type: dry
This Sauvignon Blanc, after spontaneous fermentation, matured in a steel tank for 6 months, then, following a basic clarification and a rough filtering, it was bottled. The apparition of more fine sediment is expected, making this wine really special. It is a light dry wine with high acidity.

An elegant wine that reflects the true values of the variety... Its fruity notes are wonderfully intertwined with the vanilla characteristics, which are highlighted more by the fermentation on the skins and the 10-month aging in barrels.

A blend of Feteasca Regala, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. The first two fully matured varieties matured for 10 months in an oak barrel after after 2 weeks of spontaneous fermentation in a vat, whereas the Savignon Blanc matured on fine sediment, in a steel tank, and was bottled unclarified and unfiltered. It is a complex wine with animal-like aromas that is expected to have a long bottle life.
